Prices / Rates:

The prices of our products and services are indicated in Euro all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise indicated.

Currency conversion is displayed in Euro when selecting products. All orders regardless of their origin are payable in Euros.

 Delivery:

After the purchase of your subscription, the code is transmitted under 8h maximum, if the delay is exceeded thank you to contact the support.

Cancellations / Return Policy:

You have a withdrawal period of 48 hours from receipt of your order to exercise your right to refund under valid conditions.

You must contact us and provide us with information for the reason of your order cancellation.

The return costs are your responsibility.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Go-IPTV will refund the amounts paid, within 7 working days after the notification of your request and via the same means of payment as used in the order.
